Dominic Rapini Statement on H.B. 5262, An Act Revising Certain Absentee Voting Eligibility Statutes

"This legislation is a classic example of government overreach by our ruling elites in Hartford."
Dominic Rapini

“H.B. 5262 is absolutely unnecessary for our state. Similar legislation was proposed just last year in Pennsylvania and it was struck down by the Commonwealth Court, who declared it unconstitutional. This legislation is a classic example of government overreach by our ruling elites in Hartford. Covid restrictions are lifting across the country, and around the world and there is finally light at the end of our 2-year dark tunnel. Now is the time to stand free again and end government overreach.”
